Family-owned and operated, Pyrenees Premium Cuts provide a range of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and fresh seafood products at five stores located throughout the central goldfields and Pyrenees areas.

Proprietors James and Hayley Collicoat say they are committed to supporting local producers and showcasing the best paddock-to-plate produce of the region.

“We are inspired by Australian tradition; a time when the local butcher greeted their customers by name, sourced their meat directly from the farmers’ paddock and crafted their products using family recipes passed down through the generations,” James said.
