Since opening its doors just over 12 months ago, Burgz, on the main street of Maryborough, has become a popular meeting place to catch up with friends. Customers are not only attracted to the ‘instagrammable’ décor and great menu; Burgz is gaining a reputation for serving great coffee.
Courtney Longmuir is one of two trained baristas who make the coffees, with the most common order a standard cappuccino with two sugars.
“We do occasionally get asked for unusual coffees - a customer the other day asked for a coffee that was at exactly 40 degrees,” Courtney said.
