A woman has died in hospital on Saturday following a crash in Avoca last week.
A woman has died in hospital on Saturday following a crash in Avoca last week.
The 95-year-old Avoca woman was a passenger in a car Victoria Police believe was travelling along Bridport Street, crossing High Street, when the driver lost control and crashed into a pole around 5.20 pm on April 13.
The driver was an 80-year-old Bealiba man who sustained minor injuries and police said is assisting them with their enquiries.
The woman was taken to hospital where she died on Saturday.
According to Victoria Police, 78 people have died on the state’s roads this year.
