Residents are being encouraged to stay up to date with their flu vaccines, with community members able to book in for a jab in Dunolly tomorrow.

The flu vaccine is free for young children aged six months to five years, people with chronic medical conditions, pregnant women and those over 65 years.

If you are not eligible for a free vaccine, the cost is only $15.

The Central Goldfields Shire Council’s immunisation team will visit the Dunolly Senior Citizens Centre tomorrow, Wednesday, May 31 from 3.30 until 6 pm.

Residents are able to drop in for a vaccination or book an alternate time and location online at www.centralgoldfields.vic.gov.au/immunisation or call 0428 894 724.
