DUNOLLY 3.5 (23) def by NATTE BEALIBA 16.10 (106)

Natte Bealiba travelled to Deledio Reserve at Dunolly on Saturday and were never challenged by the home team as the Swans won by a comfortable 83 points.

After a tight opening 15 minutes, the Swans put the foot on the gas to roar away from the Eagles, and firm for a spot in the top four, which could be secured as early as next week if Navarre fail to beat Trentham.

The Swans’ 26-point advantage was extended out to 55 points at half time as they restricted the Eagles to no score in the second term, and another seven goals to one in the third term allowed the Swans to get out to a game-high 87 points at the final change.

They took the foot off in the final quarter as the Eagles scored one goal to outscore the visitors by four points, but the game was well and truly over and in the Swans’ keeping.

Natte Bealiba named their best players as Jordan Fraser, Daniel Vadala, Zac Mortlock, Bailey Cossar, Kurt Mortlock and Joshua Grant, with Will Holt kicking five goals.

Dunolly was well served by Daniel Trull, Xavier Ryan, Bailey Goodwin, Toby Johnston, Seth Galvin, and Lachlan Tranter.
