Stamp expert visits town
One of the most popular forms of stamp collection is by themes or topics, with a leading Australian exhibitor to give locals an insight into how it’s done next week.

The Maryborough Stamp Club is inviting collectors and enthusiasts to a free talk and display by Ross Newton OAM at the Mill House next Tuesday.
Mr Newton recently won the most popular exhibit in the Canberra Stampshow 2024 and is displaying his exhibit on Martin Luther King, with his talk and display to show collectors how they too can form an interesting and attractive thematic collection.
All community members are being invited to attend, with those interested urged to contact the Maryborough Stamp Club’s Grey Loyer on 5460-5008.
