Royal Park kept their finals chances alive with a strong final-quarter surge to defeat Dunolly by 12 goals.
In a tightly-contested opening quarter, it was Dunolly that took the initiative early on, leading by one goal at the opening change after scoring 11 goals to 10.
However, Bushy were able to respond strongly in the second quarter, scoring 17 goals while restricting the Eagles to 14 goals to take a two-goal lead at the main break.
With the game on the line, it was Bushy who were slightly stronger again in the third quarter, with the quarter mirroring the second stanza with a 17-goal to 14 effort leading to a 44-39 lead to Royal Park into the final change.
It was Bushy who were able to play at their best when they needed to, scoring 15 goals while restricting the Eagles to eight to eventually end up winning 59-47, moving them up to ninth place on the ladder, having won four of their last five games.
For the victorious Royal Park, Riahni Egan was voted best on court, while the goalscoring combination of Abbey Devereaux and Lucy Morcom ably supported her with 30 and 29 goals respectively.
For the Eagles, Melanie Schodde was their best performer, with Samantha Cheetham and Avril Price providing great support, while Cheetham scored 25 goals and Leah Davis scored 20.
