Police have located the second man who escaped from Malmsbury Youth Justice Centre on Saturday night.
Shamus Touywas arrested by Fugitive Squad members at a Corio motel about 8.30 pm Monday.
He also faces additional charges of theft of motor vehicle, theft, escape lawful custody and criminal damage.

Police are searching for a man who escaped the Malms-bury Youth Justice Centre near Castlemaine on the week-end, while a second escapee has already been arrested.
The two men — Shamus Touhy, 22, and Matthew Piscopo, 19 — had been missing since they broke out of the youth justice facility around 11.30 pm on Saturday night.
The youth centre is located on Mollison Street, Malmsbury, between Castlemaine and Kyneton.
As of print deadline on Monday, Piscopo had been found and arrested at a residential address in Ballarat at around 10.30 am on Monday.
He was taken into custody without incident, and will face Ballarat Magistrates’ Court before being returned to custody.
He faces additional charges of escape lawful custody and criminal damage.
Touhy is still missing and police have released images in the hope someone recognises Touhy and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
He is known to frequent the Ballarat area.
Touhy is described as 170 centimetres tall with a thin build, and red medium length hair.
He is not believed to be violent however members of the public are advised not to approach him, but to contact Triple Zero (000) immediately.
