Royal Park’s chances of making the finals in their final season has effectively been snuffed out by Natte Bealiba, with the Swans running out 38-goal winners.
The Swans made all the running in the opening term, shell-shocking Bushy with a 16-goal to two quarter to open up a 14-goal lead at the first change.
The Tigers were sparked into life, and enjoyed their best quarter of the day by scoring nine goals, but it wasn’t enough to stop the Swans’ offensive power, as they added 19 of their own to extend the lead to 24 goals at the main break.
In a competitive third quarter, Natte were held to 11 goals, but it was still enough to see them extend their lead to 28 goals at the final change, with the Tigers adding seven of their own.
A 17-goal to seven final quarter allowed the Swans to finish off as comfortable winners as they kept the pressure on Carisbrook in the fight for top spot.
Emma Ryan again dominated under the goal circle, finishing with 53 goals for Natte, while for Royal Park, Jess Egan led the way with 18 goals.
