The new season of the Maryborough District Cricket Association (MDCA) is underway on Saturday and there is a new urgency to the season following many changes.
A sixth side comes into the competition, with Carisbrook rejoining the ranks, while Laanecoorie Dunolly, Colts Phelans, Maryborough and Clunes will be looking to keep the status quo in season 2023/24, with Laane defending the last four MDCA March premierships.
