The tiny town of Talbot comes alive this Sunday at the Talbot Farmers Market (TFM). Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, TFM has set the standard for similar markets throughout the state. With the emphasis on seasonal produce from local growers, as well as value-added products such as cheeses, jams and chutneys manufactured in Victoria, the market discourages wasteful plastic and encourages nil or minimal chemical use.

Attracting thousands of visitors each month, the market is one of the biggest tourist attractions in the region. The newly developed market square is the ideal place to stop and enjoy lunch from one of the food vendors serving a variety of fresh and yummy local or international dishes.
