HARCOURT 13.10 (88) def DUNOLLY 7.9 (51)

Make that 19 in a row for Harcourt, who did enough in the first three quarters to ease to a 37-point victory over Dunolly.

The Lions started off well, kicking three goals to one in the opening term to establish a 14-point lead, before going on with it in the second term to kick four goals without response to effectively seal the game, leading by 40 points at the main break.

Harcourt added another four goals to two in the third quarter to extend the lead to a game-high 54 points at the final change, although Dunolly did give some food for thought in the final term by kicking four goals from 10 scoring shots, while the Lions added two goals.

With their loss, the Eagles are clinging on to their spot in the top eight by just 0.7 percent, and face a season-defining stretch which includes Lexton, Avoca and repeat meetings against Natte Bealiba, Maldon and Carisbrook.

The Lions, meantime, continue to chug along, and Bryce Frost, Lachlan Mitchell, Luke Anderson, Darby Semmens, Kaleb McBride and Kalan Huntly all put in good performances in their win, while Alex Code added five more goals.

For the Eagles, Daniel Trull continued his good form, while Jack Webster, Haydn Leech, Seth Galvin, Lachlan Tranter and Bailey Goodwin were also named in the best. Trull and Lloyd Needs kicked two goals apiece.
