Junior footballers and netballers have had their 2020 season cancelled amid the ever present threat of coronavirus. The call was made last week to pause the Bendigo-based competitions after a surge in cases, with Maryborough, the only local team within the league, choosing to withdraw as of last week. Archie Chadwick was all smiles after this goal for the Magpies last month.
