Maldon comes alive this Easter
1 min read

As Australia’s oldest continuous country fair, Maldon sets the standard for showcasing the best the country has to offer. This year the fair is celebrating 146 years, and the committee has been working hard behind the scenes to make sure Maldon comes alive over the Easter weekend with something for everyone.

Nothing says ‘country cooking’ like freshly made scones, so it is fitting that festivities kick off on Thursday 6 April with the scone bake. Then follows three days of traditional Aussie Easter activities – footy, billy carts, dancing in the street – culminating in the Maldon Easter Fair Grand Parade through the streets of town on Easter Monday.
