A person has died following a collision in Avoca in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Police are investigating the single vehicle crash in Avoca on January 16.
Emergency services were called to reports of a vehicle leaving the road along the Pyrenees Highway at about 2.30 am.
Sadly, the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle could not be revived at the scene.
The investigation remains ongoing.
