Talbot Lodge Number 42 celebrated their first Installation in 1911 and last Saturday, Barry Forster was installed by past grand master Bob Jones as the 113th master.
Barry brings a wealth of experience to the lodge, having been a master three times previously as well as being a lodge education officer, member of the 2014 grand ceremonial team and a district inspector of workings.
Barry hopes that 2024 will herald new beginnings for the lodge, and unaffiliated freemasons may consider joining to make Talbot Lodge the strong and vibrant lodge as it once was.
Donations made by Crameri’s Mitre 10, Lyal Eales, PJ’s Hardware and Cara Lou Lou were greatly appreciated.
