The Bulldogs put in a clinical performance, winning every quarter and putting up an impressive 83 goals in their victory.
A 22-goal to eight first quarter was key to the Bulldogs getting a fast start for the afternoon, and doubled their output in the second quarter. However, Campbells Creek had their best quarter in front of goal, scoring on 14 occasions to stay within 22 goals at the main break.
Campbells Creek had their most competitive quarter of the day in the third quarter, restricting Avoca to 16 goals, but couldn’t make any headway into the Bulldogs’ gap, scoring on 12 occasions, resulting in a 26-goal difference between the two teams at the last change.

The goals were spread evenly among Bulldogs’ goalscorers Gina Beavis and Maddison Egan, with Egan scoring 42 and Beavis 41. However, Beavis was adjudged their best, alongside Caitlin Drummond and Elisa Pica.
For Campbells Creek, Jemma Finning and Nikki Bell were amongst their best players, while Lillie Wrigley led the way in front of the Magpies’ goal, scoring on 26 occasions.
