Addison making waves in States
Werribee-based baseballer Addison Bishop-Worn, who has links to Maryborough through his extended family, has continued his good form in baseball, travelling around America throughout the last month.

Addison was recently named at third base in the Geelong Baseball Association (GBA) senior all-star team, playing for Werribee.
That kind of form saw him fly into Dallas in mid-September, before travelling to Fort Myers to play late last month for Australia.
However, it’s not just Addison who is making waves, with brother Cooper also starting to make his own mark.
Cooper was recently awarded the best under 18 player playing senior baseball in the GBA, while also taking out the batting average in the under 16s and finishing as the runner-up MVP in Werribee’s count throughout the winter season.
As a result, Cooper earned selection into the under 16 Victorian team who will play in the 2025 national championships in Sydney.
