Newstead head into this clash brimming with confidence after a dominant showing last round, while Natte Bealiba face a significant challenge as they look to bounce back.
The Steaders were outstanding in their 110-point win over Dunolly, a performance highlighted by a huge day from Sam Winnard, who booted nine goals in a devastating display up forward.
Winnard was well supported across the ground, with William Moran influential through the midfield and multiple players contributing on the scoreboard. The spread of contributors and their ability to generate repeat forward entries underline Newstead’s strength as a well-balanced and dangerous side.
