Central Goldfields Shire Council staff, councillors and community members celebrated the adoption of the Central Goldfields Climate Action Plan 2022-2030 at the June council meeting with a lunch at Maryborough’s Mill House this week.
The plan provides strategic direction up until 2030 through six priority areas and 19 goals, including reaching net zero emissions by 2030 for council operations.
