The season decider for the Maryborough Castlemaine District Football Netball Leagueʼs 2020 season was pencilled in for this weekend, but with the season cancelled back in June, reigning premiers Avoca and Natte Bealiba will keep their hands on their respective flags for much longer than they expected. Looking back, league president Stephen Broad is confident they made the right call with the season given that the competition wouldʼve seen just three rounds before it would have been shut down.
