A woman in her 60s was airlifted to hospital on Wednesday following a two-vehicle collision just outside of Dunolly.

A portion of the Maryborough-Dunolly Road was closed to traffic after emergency services were called to the scene of the collision at 4.45 pm on Wednesday.

While investigations are ongoing as to the exact cause of the crash, it’s believed the driver of a Mazda, a woman aged in her 60s, was attempting to do a U-turn in front of a utility when the accident occurred.
