For the second year running, Crameri’s Mitre 10 & CRT has proven it’s mightier than the rest, claiming the title of State Store of the Year.
Awarded last month at Mitre 10’s annual Regional Awards Meeting, the local store claimed the accolade over dozens of stores across the state.
Crameri’s Mitre 10 & CRT’s Bernie Crameri said the competition is tough, with a “whole lot of things” stores have to do to be contenders.
In order to be in the running, Mr Crameri said a store has to have a five paintbrush standard (similar to a five star standard) and score fairly well across a number of different areas.
“Our mystery shopper results have to be good, that’s part of the process,” he said.
“Customer service is also a big one and we always do pretty well in that department.”
