A woman was lucky to escape serious injury earlier this week after losing control of her car and rolling it near Havelock on Tuesday.
The accident occurred on the Bendigo-Maryborough Road at around 7.45 am when the woman, aged in her early 20s, was travelling east to Bendigo on her way to work.
Goldfields Highway Patrol Senior Constable Andrew Henderson said no other vehicles were involved in the accident and that the woman was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
“It appears that the driver has drifted off to the left side of the road then over corrected,” he said.
