A man has escaped serious injury after rolling the truck he was driving at Bung Bong on Monday.
The man, aged in his 60s, was the sole occupant of the single vehicle crash which occurred on Avoca Road at around 1.30 pm on Monday.
The driver was travelling from the Pyrenees Highway towards Talbot when the truck veered off the road and rolled onto its side.
Police, CFA, paramedics and SES crews attended the scene and Maryborough Police Leading Senior Constable Bill Edwards said why the truck came off the road is still unknown.
“We believe fatigue may have been an issue in the incident but at this stage it is unknown,” he said.
“There was a bobcat on the rear of the vehicle which was not secured and it was thrown out of the truck during the crash.
