Carisbrook has continued on its awe-inspiring winning ways, handing Royal Park a 148-point shellacking on Saturday.
The Redbacks were never troubled in the eventual 24.22 (166) to 2.6 (18) win and ran the home team off their feet on the wide-open spaces of Hedges Oval.
Sharing the ball among teammates, Carisbrook clinically possessed the ball and the side’s forwards finished in front of goal while the defence went into complete lock-down mode, holding the Tigers goalless for three full quarters.
The opening term was a sign of things to come throughout the day.
Matt Bilton had a goal on the scoreboard for Carisbrook inside a minute, then Ayden George followed with a goal of his own just two minutes later.
