Show fails to attract crowd

More assistance is needed to ensure the Maryborough and District Agricultural Show’s future.

Held on Saturday at the Maryborough Harness Racing Complex, show committee secretary/treasurer Bob Monk described the 121st show as “absolutely the lowest of the lows”.

With dismal public entry levels, question marks are being raised about the show’s future.

But Mr Monk is determined the show isn’t going anywhere.
